Paid Time Off:

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM

Three options to earn referral bonuses

CANDIDATE REFERRAL

Any candidate that is introduced or recommended for a future employment opportunity with Moonshot Solutions.

If/when that candidate is placed by Moonshot Solutions AND completes 90 days of employment, Moonshot Solutions will pay out a referral bonus.

INTERNAL LEAD/REFERRAL BONUS

An introduction or lead to a NEW hiring manager from any Moonshot Solution Consultant and/or inside employee at an active partner/client site that generates new opportunities/requirements.

Referral bonus will be paid out the first time Moonshot Solutions places a consultant with this new manager and the consultant completes 90 days of employment.

EXTERNAL LEAD/REFERRAL BONUS

An introduction or qualified lead that results in an MSA being signed and/or being added to an approved vendors list at a NEW customer.

Referral bonus will be paid out the first time Moonshot Solutions places a consultant at this new company and the consultant completes 90 days of employment.

If writing a perfect resume isn’t your strong suit, that’s ok! We’ll review your resume together and provide feedback and suggestions to use as guides when updating your own content. Our goal is to ensure each resume highlights your qualifications and helps you put your best foot forward when representing you to our clients.

INTERVIEW PREP

Interviewing can be nerve-wracking and uncomfortable - but it doesn’t have to be! We will be here every step of the way to help you prepare and ensure you feel confident when meeting the hiring team. Whether it’s role-playing, helping identify areas of weakness or answering general questions, as a Moonshot consultant, you’ll be set up for success before you ever begin the formal interview process.

We understand that when a consultant is actively pursuing their next opportunity, time is of the essence. The entire Moonshot Solutions team works diligently to collect and deliver status updates related to each resume submittal, as well as providing valuable interview feedback and communication as quickly and efficiently as possible.
